Overview of Position:

Provides clerical support to human resources staff and activities.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides clerical support to human resources manager

  • Maintains and audits personnel files

  • Processes and verifies invoices

  • Administers pre-employment screenings and may interview applicants

  • Compiles human resource data as needed

  • Ensures complete and accurate employee information in all human resource information systems

  • Maintains paperwork and accuracy for all employment files

  • Respond to employee walk-in inquiries

  • Organizes and leads new hire orientation

  • Maintains confidentiality of all information

Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education, Licensing, and Certifications :

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.

Experience :

Field and years of experience required: One year of relevant office experience required.
