Transdev Administrative Assistant - Operations in North Las Vegas, Nevada

·RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all required RTC reporting is complete and on-time.

  • Liaise with other administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers, Transdev corporate, and RTC.

  • Greet visitors to the facility offices or by phone (direct calls)

  • Organize and schedule appointments.

  • Plan meetings and take detailed notes.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Manage other duties to support the operation such as ordering office supplies.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Pay $21-$23/hr based on experience

  • Proficiency using MS Office products including MS Excel and MS Word and Windows based programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with basic math skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced/high energy environment.

  • Must be able to drive company or personal vehicle to review driver performance, meet clients, and for other company related purposes.

  • Must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.

  • Exceptional customer service, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking abilities.
