Transdev Sales Enablement Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona

Overview of Position:

Responsible for directing reporting procedures in Sales Operations and Support department. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Sales Team leaders and Marketing management to identify key reports, functionality, and system tasks to support the sales process and improve tracking, usage, and trend identification.

  • Manages partnership with Sales teams by overseeing report generation, sales packet compilation, and ad-hoc administrative support as it relates to client prospecting, renewals, and development.

  • Leads the creation and maintenance of inside sales reports, as developed by members of the Sales Team.

  • Works closely with Sales management, the Sales team, and the Marketing team to identify marketing prospects and support lead tracking initiatives.

  • Oversees daily activity reports and reporting trends and makes recommendations as needed on changes to reports, tactics, and current strategy.

  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Education, Licensing, and Certifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent professional experience

Experience :

  • 7+ combined years of proven success in a Sales and/or Sales Support or Enablement Management role

  • Transportation/Travel experience preferred

  • 5+ years experience managing sales support or enablement

  • 3+ years of proven Sales (enterprise, SMB, channel) success preferred

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel, Salesforce.com, and Google docs

  • Advanced oral, written, and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive

  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effectively
