Communicates clearly and professionally with individuals calling a Transdev office and direct calls to the appropriate party, in addition to performing various clerical functions.
Receives incoming calls and route them to the appropriate recipient
Performs recurring clerical duties
Coordinates mailroom and assures that all functions are operational and accurate
Coordinates meetings as needed
Order supplies as required
Maintains confidentiality of all information
Other duties as required.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required
- At least 2 years general office experience required
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Basic knowledge of all office equipment
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions
Good telephone manner
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage time, and work without constant supervision
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate well via the written word or verbally
Ability to maintain a flexible attitude and approach to assignments
Travel requirement (as a percent)
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities
Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
