Our Yellow Cab of Baltimore division is seeking an experienced and talented individual for the position ofOperations Manager to perform professional and administrative work in planning, directing, control and evaluation of the Taxi Relations Office and programs & initiatives.
The Operations Supervisor will:
supervise day-to-day operations and administrative activities with Driver Relations; Recruiting; Retention and Collections.
take the leadership role in safety programs & initiatives;
take an active visual role in customer service related matters and will include duties in online marketing.
Project Management experience will be essential for growth and success as it will be a requirement to assist in the diversification of the modern Taxi model.
This position requires a sound approach to Accounts Receivable techniques and the ability to be clear & concise with matters relating to accounting.
Good negotiating skills and strong capabilities to deal with diverse backgrounds and experience in Independent Contractor management a plus.
-College degree or equivalent work/education experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience
-Exemplary coaching / motivational skills at both an individual and team level.
- Ability to analyze a variety of complex administrative problems to make sound
recommendations for their solutions and to prepare working procedures
Ability to work effectively with diverse around- the- clock workforce
Strong skills with Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communications and time management skills
Ability to pass a drug test and a criminal background check required
