The Recruiter is responsible for handling high volume recruitment for our Driver roles, and other positions as assigned.
Very high volume, full life cycle recruiting for drivers primarily, other positions as assigned
Manage applicant flow, dis-positioning and documenting applicants appropriately in ATS (iCIMS)
Phone screening and in person interviewing of high volume applicants
Managing on site career events/job fairs
Local travel to provide outreach in the community
This is an hourly position. Requires commute to the El Cajon office at least twice a week. Recruiting for drivers and managing all new hire paperwork and processing. Must be available immediately.

Minimum of 3 years contract recruiting experience for hourly positions
Previous transportation recruiting experience a plus
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
ATS experience, iCIMS experience preferred
Valid drivers license and own transportation for local travel around the community
Ability to work career events on weekends if needed
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
