Overview
The Reporting Specialist provides administrative and analytical support for a variety of functions. Under minimal supervision, performs a wide range of administrative activities; ensures the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing communications; completes responsibilities in a professional and timely manner; addresses matters of a confidential or sensitive nature with discretion; handles complex assignments using independent judgement facilitating effective and efficient flow; and, processing of information and work associated with the day-to-day operations as assigned. This is not a remote worker role.
Annual Wage Range: $45,000.00 to $52,000.00

Responsibilities
Completes client operating invoices, AP accrual reports, liquated damages accrual reports, and maintains accounts receivable/payable documentation
Develops report and spreadsheets and manages databases for operating performance, vehicle data, personnel data, equipment data, etc.
Processes bank reconciliations and handles cash and deposits using the proper accounting procedures and documentation
Assists payroll department with bi-weekly payroll
Reviews contracts to set up vendors
Serves as the point of contract for and S assistance to Diversity Business Enterprise (DBE) vendors
Qualifications
Education, Licensing, and Certifications :
Experience Preferred :
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Ability to work independently with general supervision
Able to multitask with conflicting priorities
Skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
Excellent communications, interpersonal, confidentiality and organizational skills essential
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, and write short correspondence and memos
Travel requirement (as a percent) less than 10%

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
