Transdev Human Resources Clerk in Kansas City, Missouri

Overview

The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support for our human resources function as needed (e.g. recruitment and employment process, record keeping, file maintenance, data entry and others).

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides clerical support to Human Resources manager

  • Maintains and audits files

  • Administers pre-employment screenings

  • Enter data into spreadsheets

  • Compiles human resources data as needed

  • Ensures complete and accurate records

  • Assist employees and Independent Contractors with questions

  • Organizes and leads new hire orientation

  • Maintains confidentiality of all informationOther duties as required

  • Experience : One to two years of relevant office/HR experience preferred

  • Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Knowledge of basic human resource practices preferred

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Drug testing and background check

  • Testing related to job requirements
