Plans, organizes and coordinates the workflow of data for all reporting required for the National Transit Database.
Compiles data from multiple sources within the company
Inputs collected data into company systems
Generate reports as required by the department in accordance with outlined standards
Maintains confidentiality of all information
Other duties as required.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Required :
- High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Preferred:
- Some college studied preferred
- 1 year or more of relevant experience required
Experience Preferred: Transportation
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Working knowledge of database systems and ability to perform data entry via keyboard
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to use and master specialty transit related software programs
Good written and oral communication skills
Travel requirement (as a percent): <5% for occasional meetings
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities
Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
