To sell tickets to passengers exiting the terminals. Facilitate the passengers onto the correct SuperShuttle to their destinations.
Meet and greet the customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Inquire of each customer his or her destination and inform the customer of the rate and the approximate wait time.
Ensure guests are boarded onto the proper van.
Use tools provided to find confirmation numbers, cross streets, zip codes and quote fares.
Transmit guest information to Dispatch
Organize the passengers into lines based upon their destination.
Maintain a calm and controlled environment for our guests.
Other duties as required.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Required :
High School diploma or GED Equivalent .
1 or more years of customer service or sales experience.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Complete knowledge of Company recognized street abbreviations .
Ability to work all curbs with heavy amounts of incoming business.
Skills and Knowledge Preferred:
Prior experience working outdoors
Drug testing and background check
An ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Must be able to lift uo to 50 pounds
An ability to work and handle outdoor elements, i.e... rain and extreme heat.
