Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing confidential and high-level administrative assistance, project planning and development. Supports the set-up of new markets, supports infrastructure and invoice clarifications with the client. Requires frequent use of discretion, initiative and independent judgment. Transdev provides a broad range of services for the client’s autonomous driving testing and development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities management and coordination
Management of TAS offices, break locations, and closed course partnerships
Cost analysis and forecasting
Onboarding and coordination of work from 3rd party vendors
Point of contact for TAS related facilities escalations
Oversight of supply procurement for TAS
Purchasing, bill coding, and invoice management
Creation/oversight of pre-authorized purchase orders
Overall spend and inventory management
Travel Program vendor/program/spend management
Trend analysis, PO creation/tracking, updated approval routing
TAS EE Corporate Credit Card and Ramp Card program management
Quarterly auditing, spend reconciliation, program creation, EE onboarding/offboarding
TAS Intranet site management
Maintain up-to-date content from associated departments
Work collaboratively with stakeholders on operational budgets
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity/efficiency
Educate clients on proper procedures for requesting services.
Review and update commonly used locations for name, address, and drop-off instructions.
Adhere to and ensure all company policies are followed
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow
Maintain Transdev’s high standard of safety
Plays a key role in invoice creation for variable spend items
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed and/or assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Must be 21 years of age or older;
High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
Proficiency with a laptop computer and GSuite apps (i.e. Gmail, Hangouts, and Drive, including Sheets and Docs);
Proven experience in procurement and program management
Well versed in technical operations and facilities management best practices
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of basic financial principles
Experience coordinating outside vendors to perform major repairs and annual inspections.
Experience in creation of financial reports to support invoicing and billing
Experience in finance, accounting, invoice creating, billing, G&L etc..

Travel up to 30% of the time
Physical Requirements:
Occasional standing, walking, and sitting.
Long periods of sitting.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
Most work is accomplished indoors.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
