Transdev Office Services Coordinator in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Overview

The Office Services Coordinator will provide Clerical support in the areas of: purchasing and maintenance of office equipment, filing and record keeping, daily mail and deposits, all clerical aspects of customer eligibility, and perform data entry functions relative to the preparation of these functions.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage clerical aspects of ADA recertification and other client eligibility documentation

  2. Receive and screen new ADA applications for completeness and schedule appointments

  3. Prepare ADA photo ID Cards and mail out completed eligibility letters and packets

  4. Coordinate special mailings

  5. Manage voter registration requirements and documentation

  6. Prepare and distribute monthly reports

  7. Enter client e-purse deposits

  8. Perform refund verification

  9. Create Braille documents and audio recordings

  10. Fill in for receptionist

  11. Prepare mailing and tally results for monthly customer satisfaction surveys

  12. Order office supplies and schedule office equipment maintenance

  13. Manage employee monthly bus passes (Connect Cards)

  14. Manage organization’s central files

Qualifications

  • Associates degree from college preferred; High School diploma required.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an office environment

  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and to determine the appropriate measures to solve those problems.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a variety of complex records and the ability to prepare reports.

  • High level of confidentiality required.

  • High level of motivation with the ability to conduct daily tasks with minimal supervision and guidance.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability and willingness to learn to use software specific to this business.

  • Pre-employment criminal background check and drug test required.
