Transdev Reporting Coordinator in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania


The Reporting Coordinator will assist the Associate Director in the development and preparation of administrative and operational reports and invoices, and perform data entry functions relative to the preparation of these reports and invoices.


  1. Receive invoices for accounts payable, stamp, code and enter into backup/expense spreadsheet to support monthly administrative invoices.

  2. Set up bi-weekly payroll schedules, enter paid time off at end of payroll cycle, prepare payroll reports for submittal, and maintain paid time off accruals.

  3. Maintain annual overhead schedule, entering monthly payroll expense and overhead costs; includes preparing monthly premium expense charts for employee benefits.

  4. Prepare monthly administrative invoices, revenue statements, expense and hours summary charts, and vacation liability reports using information developed in the items above.

  5. Prepare monthly ridership and quarterly performance reports for funding agencies.

  6. Prepare monthly payment statements for transportation service providers from the data base system and document liquidated damages and other payment adjustments.

  7. Provide support to other ACCESS staff on higher level accounts receivable issues for third party sponsors, including Department of Human Services waiver billing issues.

  8. Assist in the collection and preparation of information for annual program audits and conduct periodic compliance audits.

  9. Review and interpret regulatory and other directives from funding agencies.

  10. Other duties as assigned.


  • Four-year degree from college or university preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an office environment

  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and to determine the appropriate measures to solve those problems.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a variety of complex records and the ability to prepare reports.

  • High level of confidentiality required.

  • High level of motivation with the ability to oversee projects with minimal supervision and guidance.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong Excel skills.

  • Ability and willingness to learn to use software specific to this business.

  • Valid Driver’s License required.

  • Pre-employment criminal background check and drug test required.
