About Office Manager Position

ThisTransdevlocation seeksOffice Managerto perform Onboarding, Payroll, Filing, Helping with staff, Invoicing, and other office management tasks that will be required from General manager and Montgomery County's Ride Onbus service. The job duties include:

  • Servicing Multiple locations.

  • Must be Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Training on a programs that Transdev requires.

  • Observes facility safety practices relating to tire installation, use of personal safety devices of all waste streams

  • Onboarding new staff and going over policies and any documents as needed.

  • Attending to staff and help with any needs they may need.

  • This position requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Service Lane Office manager Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must have own transportation.

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

  • Use of Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Familiar with ADP and Payroll

  • Organize filing system

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently

  • Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
