Transdev is seeking a senior professional to help transform our SuperShuttle and Execucar product lines operation into world-class, technology-enabled transportation solutions. As the head of B2C Business Development-Partnerships you will have a significant opportunity to build and operate a new sales strategy at massive scale, and be allotted the necessary resources to make it happen.
As part of the senior leadership team, the Head of B2C Business Development is responsible for creating and executing on a comprehensive sales strategy that delivers exponential revenue growth and improvement in sales efficiency.
You will work closely with stakeholders in Product Management, Marketing, Promotions, Operations, Customer Experience, Sales and Pricing to understand their needs and inform our partnership strategy and resulting customer experiences. You will also be responsible for anticipating future needs and driving and evangelizing partnerships capabilities to the broader organization.
You will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and will work side-by-side with a dynamic team to achieve aggressive business growth goals. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to contribute in a very significant way to the rapid transformation of SuperShuttle and Execucar.
Define and drive the partnership and business development strategy for both brands
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other functions to help drive the sales agenda and transform the sales customer experience
Develop fact-based, data-driven measurements of sales performance and establish stretch goals for 3-6-12 month time windows. Institute rigorous test-and-learn methodology to achieve desired results
Relentlessly create revenue growth through innovative strategies and meticulous execution to deliver step change improvements in performance
Develop talent within the organization, mentoring/developing team
3-5 years of experience developing and running product or service strategies or management consulting
Passion to grow a legacy business, with the ability to rapidly instrument change
Entrepreneurial spirit or prior experience in a high performance, fast-paced industry
Takes an ownership mentality to holistically thinking about business models, go-to-market strategies, customer experience, and enabling technologies
Masters or MBA strongly desired
Ability to communicate effectively to senior and executive management; exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to internal partners
Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams
Able to pivot readily and react to real-time data
Comfortable in a data-driven business environment
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills including experience managing high performing teams
Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot preferred
