Transdev Facility Operation Coordinator in South San Francisco, California


The Facility Operation Coordinator will be a part of Compass Transportation, a subsidiary of Transdev. Compass Transportation has become one of the largest B2B transportation providers in the Bay Area over the past ten years. We specialize in providing commuter services across the Bay Area as well as exploring new shared ride products. As a transportation operator we have been gifted with heaps of data that we are looking to better utilize in driving improvements, efficiencies, and ultimately feeding into our strategy.

The Facility Operation Coordinator oversees the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) program pertaining to bus operations and maintenance and provides reporting and updates to client account management.

Directs the establishment, monitoring, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all facility related machinery, systems, and supplies; office hardware, technology, and equipment; and other related machines, communications, and devices.


  • Directs and coordinates the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) program pertaining to all transportation and maintenance issues with client account management staff.

  • Oversees as directed by DOF the establishment, administration, and troubleshooting all electronics, computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, telephones, networks, internet, and wireless communications and devices and other office hardware/equipment.

  • Manages the replenishment of supplies, hygiene, vending machines, office, computer, and wireless hardware, equipment, and technology for SSF Office.

  • Assist DOF for the company’s environmental reporting to all federal, state, and local agencies and bodies and ensures compliance with all laws, regulations, and ordinances.

  • Oversees and Manage company Fastrak program.

  • Manages the distribution and inventory of all company fuel cards.

  • Manages the distribution and inventory of all company mobile devises

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
