Transdev Tempe Customer Service Representative - Inbound in Tempe, Arizona

Overview

SuperShuttle and Transdev, the nation’s leading shared-ride airport shuttle, providing door-to-door ground transportation to more than 8 million passengers per year is hiring friendly customer service representatives for our Tempe, AZ call center. We are looking for Part Time / Full Time and Bilingual (Spanish speaking) representatives to help our customers make, change, or cancel reservations and provide information as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • We are a nationwide Inbound Customer Care Center

  • We offer full time & part-time schedules (24 hours a day / 7 days per week / 365 days a year)

  • Initial Pay differential for bilingual customer service representatives

  • Casual Dress environment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 16 years of age

  • Prefer a minimum of one year customer service, including handling difficult customer service situations

  • Must be able to work weekends

  • Proficiency using a computer

  • Must be friendly and polite with a professional work ethic and outstanding communication skills

  • Drug test and criminal history background checks conducted

  • Representatives need to have great attendance discipline, and can sometimes work extra hours to meet the flexible needs of the business.

  • Ability to be detailed, accurate, and thorough while working in a fast paced environment ensuring quality customer interaction by speaking clearly and succinctly.

Experience :

Prefer a minimum of one year customer service, including handling difficult customer service situations

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Type at least 20 words per minute
